Here’s what schools actually look at (in order of importance):

Bachelor’s degree: Any field is usually accepted, though business, economics, or engineering can be advantageous.
Minimum Academic Percentage: Most universities accept students with a minimum of 50%–55% overall marks, depending on the university and country.
GPA: Most programs look for the equivalent of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
GMAT or GRE: Some schools have waived it, but top programs still expect 600+ scores. Many universities have waived GMAT/GRE requirements. Top-ranked schools may still prefer strong scores, but it is not mandatory for all programs.
English proficiency: IELTS is commonly accepted, but many universities allow admission without IELTS if the student has studied in English-medium (MOI – Medium of Instruction) during previous education.
Work experience: 1–3 years is preferred, though not always mandatory.
Application materials: Two recommendation letters and a strong motivation letter.
